Weekly Reading Log

            Your homework assignment is to read a minimum of 30 minutes an evening, four days each week. Upon completing your reading, you are to record the required information and write two or three sentences about what you have read. These may be observations about a character, a comment on plot development, a prediction, or an interesting fact you learned from reading. You may also make a connection to yourself, another book, or your world. The reading log is always due on Friday or the last day of each week. You may choose to read books, magazines, newspaper articles, and even assigned reading from class. (Comic books and catalogs are not acceptable for this assignment.)
